After expanding our machine park with the latest Haas VM-3 CNC milling machine, the age of conventional milling has definitely ended for Emeko Techniek BV.

Milling with Haas VM-3

This 3-axis vertical milling machine can machine products with a maximum size of 1000 x 650 x 600 mm.
The machine is equpped with a tool storage system that can hold up to 40 tools at the same time.
Furthermore the machine is equipped with a through axis coolant sytem.  

Pre-processing

We use the latest 3D CAD software and EdgeCam to generate our CNC-programs, this wil guarantee a professional and economical way of working.
This kind of pre-processing also enables us to economicaly process single-piece orders and small series rather quickly.

Combined with the possibilities of our two Cincinnati CNC milling machines and conventional milling machines, we can offer you a complete range of milling operations.
