Lathing and milling with Haas SL20

This CNC turning center with the optional high-speed live tooling is able to machine multiple features and perform secondary operations in a single setup.
The machine can handle products up to 200 mm in diameter with a maximum length of 500 mm.

Pre-processing

We use the latest 3D CAD software and EdgeCam to generate our CNC-programs, this wil guarantee a professional and economical way of working.
This kind of pre-processing also enables us to economicaly process single-piece orders and small series rather quickly.

For larger products we can use our Style Teach-in lathe. This machine is able to fabricate products with a maximum diameter of 410 mm and a length of 800 mm.
