Since 2009 Emeko Techniek BV uses a Safan E-brake CNC electronic press brake for our bending process.

Bending with the Safan E-brake

With a pressure force of 80 tons and working length of 2550 mm, we are able to bent a wide range of products and materials. The option to import digital files into the machine allows us to simulate the bending process in advance to minimize failures. Thus enabling us to produce even smaller series rather profitable.

Combination is our strength

Combined with our waterjet cutting machine, and our milling and lathing abilities we are able to fabricate complex products.
